my
life
as
a
lowercase
girl
Growing
up,
I
was
always
a
bit
of
a
shy
and
introverted
person.
I
never
quite
felt
like
I
fit
in
with
the
popular
crowd,
and
I
often
found
myself
retreating
into
my
own
thoughts
and
feelings.
In
many
ways,
I
felt
like
I
was
living
my
life
in
lowercase
–
small,
quiet,
and
almost
invisible.
But
over
time,
I
began
to
embrace
this
aspect
of
myself.
I
found
that
there
was
power
in
being
understated
and
subtle.
I
learned
to
appreciate
the
beauty
of
small
moments
and
simple
pleasures,
like
a
good
book

quiet
stroll
through
a
park.
I
also
began
to
explore
my
creative
side,
finding
solace
in
writing,
art,
and
music.
I
realized
that
these
forms
of
expression
allowed
me
to
connect
with
others
on
a
deeper
level,
even
if
I
wasn't
always
able
to
articulate
my
thoughts
and
feelings
in
conversation.
Of
course,
being
a
lowercase
girl
isn't
always
easy.
There
are
times
when
I
still
struggle
to
assert
myself
or
speak
up
when
necessary.
But
overall,
I
feel
grateful
for
this
part
of
my
identity.
It
has
allowed
me
to
develop
a
unique
perspective
on
the
world,
and
has
given
me
the
courage
to
pursue
my
passions
and
interests,
even
when
they
don't
align
with
societal
norms.
As
I
continue
on
my
journey
as
a
lowercase
girl,
I
know
that
there
will
be
challenges
and
obstacles
to
overcome.
But
I
also
know
that
there
is
strength
in
simplicity,
and
that
the
beauty
of
life
often
lies
in
the
spaces
between
the
big
moments.
And
for
that,
I
am
truly
grateful.
